FAQ – Vendors

How long does registration take?

Registration is quick and usually takes only a few minutes. Once your details are submitted, our team reviews and approves applications within 1–2 business days.

How is the contract signed?

The contract is signed electronically. By confirming the statement “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” during registration or onboarding, you are providing your electronic consent. This action is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under Azerbaijani law and confirms your agreement to the contract terms.

When will I receive my payments?

Vendor payouts are processed at the end of each month. You will receive payments for all successfully completed orders within that cycle.

Who handles delivery and logistics?

Our marketplace takes care of logistics and delivery. Vendors do not pay extra fees for standard delivery services.
